PROGRAM:

The Seattle Cascades are hosting a three-day youth ultimate camp at the end of December - choose one, two, or all three days! We will offer a variety of drills suitable for different levels of play, so all experience levels are encouraged to attend.

Beginners focus on solidifying skills, fundamental strategies, and spirited play. Experienced players have opportunities to engage in intermediate and advanced ultimate tactics, in addition to refining skills, practicing SOTG, and making friends! The program will include a variety of ultimate drills, a strength, mobility, and body awareness component... and of course, plenty of scrimmaging!

Registration is open to elementary and middle school students. We are designating an equal number of registration spots for young female and male athletes.

Each kid who signs up gets a jersey, a pair of shorts, or a disc. Happy holidays!
